By downloading or using FastingPrint, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
FastingPrint is a timer and a record of your fasts. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and it is not a medical device. The fasting phases it shows are a general guide to what's commonly described as happening over the hours of a fast — not a measurement of your body, and not a promise about it.
Nothing in FastingPrint is medical advice or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Never ignore professional medical advice because of something you read in the app.
Fasting doesn't suit everyone. Talk to a doctor before you fast — and especially before a fast of a day or longer — if you:
Stop and eat if you feel faint, confused, unusually weak or unwell. A fast is not worth an emergency.
On a long fast, keep drinking water, keep your electrolytes up, and break the fast gently — a large meal after a long fast carries its own risk. If something feels wrong, seek medical help rather than advice from an app.
Plans and weekly repeats are reminders. FastingPrint doesn't start or end a fast by itself, and iOS doesn't let it track a fast while the app is closed; you start and stop the timer yourself.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that's higher.
FastingPrint is free to use today, with no subscription and no in-app purchases. We don't promise what it will cost in future. If that changes, it won't take away what you've already logged.
Your data is yours. We claim no ownership of it, and we don't sell, rent or share it — see the Privacy Policy.
FastingPrint is for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't reverse-engineer, decompile or resell it, or use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.
FastingPrint is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, the owner and developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including health outcomes and fasting decisions. You use FastingPrint at your own risk.
We may update or discontinue the app, and may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for a material change, tell you in the app. If FastingPrint is discontinued, your data remains on your device and in your iCloud.
